Here at Stephany Cleaning Se, we understand that pets are precious members of your family. That's why we are pet-friendly and encourage you to let us know if you have any kind of pets at home. We'll make sure to tailor our cleaning services to accommodate their needs and ensure that your home is clean and safe for everyone.


Cancellation Policy

Residential Cleaning Policies – Stephany Cleaning Services At Stephany Cleaning Services, we value your time and appreciate your trust in our services. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, please review the following policies: Cancellation Policy * All cancellations will incur a *$75 cancellation fee*. * To avoid this fee, appointments must be *rescheduled at least 24 hours prior* to the scheduled service time. Cleaning Service Adjustments *Services are booked based on the selected cleaning type (e.g. Basic Cleaning).Payments are non-refundable once booked *If our team arrives and determines that the home requires a *Deep Cleaning due to its condition*, the service will be upgraded. *The client agrees to pay the *full Deep Cleaning price* or *$100 adjustment fee*,payments are non-refundable at all. Appointment & Access Policy *All services are by appointment only. *If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time (locked out, no response, or denied entry)$50 fee will applies Specialty Cleaning Limitations *Certain areas such as *chandeliers, high ceiling fans, or hard-to-reach spaces* may not be accessible without specialized equipment. Furniture & Heavy Items: Our staff is restricted from moving heavy furniture (fridges, sofas, etc.) to prevent injury or floor damage. unless the client moved it before we arrived Cleaning vs. Organizing- Are separate services. *Organizing must be requested in advance and will be added as an additional service. Condition-Based Service Disclaimer *Pricing is based on the expected condition of the home. *If the condition is significantly worse than described, we reserve the right to: *Adjust the price, or *Limit or refuse service. Satisfaction Policy *If you are not satisfied with your service, you must notify us within *24 hours*. *Photo and/or video evidence is required to support any claim. *If the issue is valid and within the scope of the service booked, we will return to *re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost*. *No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Photo & Video Documentation. *Stephany Cleaning Services reserves the right to take *before and after photos/videos*of the property for: *Quality control *Service verification *Dispute resolution *These images will *not be shared publicly without client consent*,except when necessary to resolve disputes.
