Here at Stephany Cleaning Se, we understand that pets are precious members of your family. That's why we are pet-friendly and encourage you to let us know if you have any kind of pets at home. We'll make sure to tailor our cleaning services to accommodate their needs and ensure that your home is clean and safe for everyone.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations will result in a $75 fee that will be charged at the time of canceling. You will have the option for reschedule at your convenience to avoid paying the fee if you schedule a Basic Cleaning but when the staff arrive into your home the conditions of your house is demanding a deep cleaning you will be charge $75 fee to completed the cleaning services. Cleaning is by appointment only. If we are unable to gain access to the home or are turned away at the time of cleaning, there is a $50 service fee. Some homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.
