Our Extra Rooms Cleaning service ensures every part of your home is fresh, organized, and ready to enjoy. We can clean and refresh: Home Offices – Dust-free desks, polished surfaces, and a tidy work environment. Playrooms – Sanitized toys, vacuumed carpets, and organized storage for a safe and fun space. Guest Rooms – Fresh linens, dusted furniture, and spotless floors to welcome visitors. Basement, Storage & Laundry Rooms – Decluttered, swept, and ready for better use. Whether it’s part of a deep clean or a standalone service, our extra room cleaning helps you make the most of every space in your home.
Cancellation Policy
At Stephany Cleaning Services we value your time and appreciate your trust in our services. To ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning experience, please review our policies below: *Cancellation Policy •Any cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation fee, which will be charged at the time of cancellation. •To avoid this fee, you may reschedule your appointment 24 hours before the start time. *Cleaning Service Adjustments •Cleaning services are booked based on the requested service type (e.g., Basic Cleaning). •If our staff arrives and determines that the home requires a Deep Cleaning due to its condition, the service will be upgraded accordingly. You will be responsible for covering the full price of the Deep Cleaning or a $100 fee before the service is completed. *Appointment & Access Policy .All cleaning services are by appointment only. .If we are unable to access the home at the scheduled time (e.g., locked doors, no one home, denial of entry), a $50 service fee will be charge. *Specialty Cleaning Limitations Some homes may have chandeliers or vaulted ceiling fans that our team cannot safely reach by hand. These areas may require specialized equipment or services outside our standard cleaning. For safety and liability reasons, our team does not move furniture. Please ensure that any areas requiring cleaning are accessible before our arrival. ***Cleaning and organizing are separate services.
